Saw this Toyota Corolla on Santolan, heading towards EDSA, at around 5:44pm this afternoon. Walang plaka sa harap.
And if you look at this enlargement of the first pic, the driver is a cop, complete with uniform!
Please naman! Clean your ranks of these people! Kung hindi, wala talagang mangyayari sa atin dito sa 'pinas!

Dahilan ng pulis na ito kaya wala syang plaka sa harapan, walang pagkakabitan. Walang mga butas ang bumper.
