To all Metro Manilans,

Welcome to Huli Ka!

A blog dedicated to showing pics of traffic violators in Metro Manila, in the hope that everyone will be scared or shamed into following the law of the road, or that the MMDA or the local government will start enforcing the laws properly and apprehending these violators.

Contributors are very much welcome! So, if you're interested in joining the Huli Ka! team, just leave a comment here and I will get in touch with you immediately.

Words of encouragement for the team will also be appreciated. So, don't be shy!

Here's to hoping this works!

Great blog! Traffic law violators. Traffic law enforcers violating the law. The drive alone from my home in Masinag, Antipolo City to my office in Diliman offers heaps of traffic nightmares.

Good luck guys!

Thanks, Teng. It's good to see that there is someone out there that believes in what we're doing. Would appreciate if you could promote the site to more people so we can send the message to everyone.

Keep on fighting!

Great site! I hope there's more citizen's initiatives such as this in identifying and weeding out road creeps everywhere. I especially agree on the argument against tinted plate covers; what's up with those anyway? I know that we have a responsibility to take care of our plates since they're government property, but putting tinted covers on them seems a bit inane. Besides, duwag lang ang gagawa nun.

More power to Huli Ka!

nice site just tell me how to post kasi nagdadala din ako ng camera kapag nsa kalsada paiki-banggit mo na rin yung sa may blumentritt area sa intersection ng chinese general hospital kasi dati pwede ka kumaliwa dun kapag papunta ka ng del monte ngayon may mga nanghuhuli na dapt daw huminto pag-nakared light pero wla naman nakasulat na no left turn on red light nabiktima nga ako dun humihingi ng lagay ang masam pa nito di naman talaga mmda yung mga yun mga NGO pala na accredited lang sa MMDA at may kasama pa silang pulis (napanood ko ito sa imbestigador mga 2nd sat. siguro nung june) kaso hanggang ngayon ganon pa rin yung kalakaran doon may oras lang silang nanghuhuli kasi kung talagang ipapatupad yung batas hindi sila mamimila ng oras (before lunch, for example nung sa akin kukuha lang siguro ng pang tanghalian) and gusto ko rin i-contri sana yung mga government plate na ginagamit sa private na lakad paki email mo na lang ako sa lennon0131@yahoo.com

I wanna join. Maybe you should also post some articles about police and mmda officers who are actually helpful and professional, if there are any. Also, would it be possible to post items on general things that are wrong with our roads like unusually fast-changing stoplights, obstructions, and road-constructions that are not repaired, are delayed in repair or are repaired using substandard techniques and materials (usually Maynilad or Manila Water).

I have a lot of instances and violators caught on camera and would very much like to be a contributor. thanks, and keep up the good work! by the way, a handy tip, if you guys would like to know the status of your vehicles regarding registration and any violations incurred, text LTO (space) vehicle (space) (your plate # (no spaces or dashes, i.e. HVY888) then send to 2600 ex. LTO vehicle HVY888 send to 2600 hope this helps!
