This guy was parked on the street in front of Rustan's Fresh at the Gateway Center in Magallanes this afternoon.
The funny thing about it wasn't the fact that he was parked in front of a no parking sign, but was that he was actually parked in front of a free parking slot. And the way he was parked actually prevented others from using it. I just can't understand why he couldn't just slip into the slot while waiting for his passengers. Just goes to show that Filipino drivers really have no consideration for others.

most are former jeepney or taxi drivers so you can expect the same mentality (caveman)
unfortunately, i would have to disagree with you cos this is done by both owners and those employed as drivers. again, i believe it's a matter of prioritizing one's own (shallow) needs over others, laziness and being inconsiderate.
