Unfortunately, it seems that the website of the MMDA is down, and will be down for sometime (as the Philippine government portal does not have a listing anymore for them). However, they do have an email address listing. So for any concerns or questions regarding MMDA's regulations, you can send an email to chairman@mmda.gov.ph.
