Forgot to post this. Saw this jeep at the Meralco Avenue-Julia Vargas flyover on the evening of September 2.
Although it may not be as bad as overloading ferries or ships, it's still pretty dangerous for jeepneys to take on more passengers that they can actually sit. What if the Tisoy joke became true? Well, on the brighter side, at least there's no one sitting on the roof, unlike this one:
This was seen a few months back on the National Highway on the way to La Union. Not sure if it was in Mabalacat or Capas, though.

I guess the cops are just waiting for another major accident before they start doing their jobs again.
