Saw this mini-truck changing tires on the middle lane of C5.
These guys didn't have enough sense to roll the truck to the shoulder before changing the tires. Also, they obviously think that setting the emergency warning device around 10 feet before their vehicle is enough considering that they are stopped just right after a curve on C5 (right after the bridge crossing into The Fort). Delikado talaga.

There are a lot of cases na ganyan wherein they chose to change tires where they get the flat tire. Not only do they endanger themselves, but also others.

Look at the guy directly behind the warning device, he looks like his doing a breast stroke.
