Just take a look at all these buses.
The ones on the right have been waiting for a few minutes. The one in the middle was trying to cut in to the right, but ended up loading and unloading right on that spot for at least three minutes. And the one on the left couldn't cut in so he stopped on the foot of the SLEX-bound lane of the flyover to load and unload. This was taken at around 2:30pm today.

When I finally got past these buses, I talked to the MMDA enforcer assigned there to complain. And all he can say was "kakarating ko lang dito galing sa HQ." I think his name was Carito or something like that. Useless.

Here are a couple of pictures showing how the buses coming down the Magallanes flyover swerve to the right to load and unload passengers, well before the actual bus stop (which is where the waiting shed is located).
If you take a look at the second pic, you'll see that these buses block off four of the lanes.

These buses swerve three to four lanes to get to the corner right after the entrance of Dasmarinas Village, just dangerously missing vehicles coming from SLEX and Pasong Tamo. Then these buses stop at the second and third lanes to let out and pick up commuters. So those vehicles coming from SLEX and Pasong Tamo are then forced to swerve two to three lanes just to avoid these buses. It's like a house of dominoes!
When, oh, when will the MMDA do something about this?!?

I guess it's a universal rule that jeeps load and unload passengers right beside the No Loading and Unloading signs.
This was taken on Civic Drive, in front of the Asian Hospital and Medical Center at Filinvest Corporate City.

Until now, the MMDA still does not or cannot do anything about the buses that illegally load and unload passengers in the southbound lane of EDSA in front of Mantrade.
Meron naman palaging MMDA enforcers dito?

Not only is it a jeepney stop, it's also a major pedestrian crossing.
I wonder when the MMDA will do something about this? May outpost naman sila d'un sa harap nito'ng lugar na 'to.

Just look at this example, taken on SLEX near the Nichols interchange.
Aside from being dangerous, these definitely add to the traffic.

Not really sure what this Volvo, seen on Araneta beside SM Centerpoint, did to deserve being flagged down, but the bus right behind the enforcer took his sweet time loading and unloading passengers on the middle of the road while the enforcer was writing up a ticket.
It's just so weird that traffic enforcers spend so much effort catching private vehicles when the majority of traffic is caused by public utility vehicles doing illegal loading and unloading.

And here we thought that only bus drivers were stupid enough to unload in a quite obviously illegal loading/unloading zone.

Just look at this pic of the southbound ground-level road leading to the EDSA-Shaw intersection.There must really be something wrong with the way the traffic enforcers manage the loading and unloading of the buses in front of Starmall.

And bus drivers like the one driving this Pascual liner really just make it all worse. Dapat talaga bawasan na yung mga ganito sa kalye!

I thought that only buses did this, but this guy proved me wrong.
Ang respetado pa naman ng itsura nito'ng taong 'to. Naka-barong, may attache case, at may driver pa. Balahura din pala.

Here's another traffic-causing illegal loading and unloading hotspot. This one's right in front of SM Centrepoint in Sta. Mesa.
Are all traffic enforcers really powerless against these drivers?

Just look at this bunch of people, waiting practically in the middle of the road. And at South Super Highway.
Again, it's really a chicken-or-egg situation. Maybe the cops should just bust all of them. The bus drivers for illegal loading and unloading, and the commuters for jaywalking.

Typical of public utility vehicles, I saw this AUV (TWU 884) at Sucat Road loading passengers while straddling between two lanes.
Will these guys ever learn? Or maybe a better question to ask is when will traffic enforcers do their jobs and teach these guys the proper way to do things?

This jeep was seen waiting for passengers right before the Pasong Tamo tunnel underneath the Magallanes flyover at EDSA this morning at 9:35am.
The jeep was more or less blocking cars going to EDSA from the u-turn road. Anyway, this used to happen quite a lot here. But giving the traffic enforcers credit, this is more of the exception now, rather than the rule.
