Saw this jeep, with plate no. SBW-589, make an illegal left turn from EDSA-southbound to Santolan heading towards Katipunan last night.
Like we've mentioned before, they should really put a 24-hour video cam on this intersection.

Saw a couple of vehicles ignore the no left turn sign in this intersection last Sunday afternoon. First was a Toyota Lite Ace with plate no. TFC-231. A Hyundai Tucson ('ata) with plate no. ZRX-778 followed it immediately after.

There was also a taxi as well, but we weren't able to capture a picture of it. Binubusinahan na nga sila ng ibang tao at nanghaharang ng mga dumederetso, pero di lang man nila pinapansin.
Anyway, they should really put a 24-hour camera to monitor this intersection. Sobrang dami ang sasakyan na nag-i-ignore ng traffic light and no left turn signs. Sadly, karamihan pa d'yan ay mga PNP na papunta o nanggagaling sa Krame.

Saw this Adventure at the EDSA-Santolan intersection trying to turn left at around 10:03am this morning.
He eventually noticed that no one was turning left and crossed the intersection. But not after blocking the cars behind him.
Anyway, the sign was right in front of him, hindi ba n'ya nakita? Baka puro rock salt ang gamit ng nanay n'ya nung bata pa s'ya?

Saw this pickup (SEV 330) on the EDSA-Santolan intersection this morning at around 8:28am, waiting for the light to turn green. And, when it did, he suddenly turned left at the intersection despite the no left turn sign.
What is it about being part of the government that makes them think that they're exempt from following the laws? These guys are really a big reason why this country of ours can't get of this slump were in.

Despite all the No Left Turn signs, a lot of drivers still turn left here.
Matitigas talaga ulo ng mga Pinoy!

The 4-lane Ramon Magsaysay Ave. was practically blocked off by these vehicles waiting to turn left to V. Mapa.
Hindi ba dapat hinuhuli 'tong mga ganito?

Saw this Toyota Corolla who had his own personal alternative route at the Santolan-EDSA intersection.

First, he passes through the center ground-level road on EDSA, and instead of making a u-turn, he goes straight to the opposite lane, intending to turn left to Santolan. Finding himself blocking those going the other way, he is forced to reverse a little. Then he makes a right turn to get to the other side of the intersection, makes a u-turn, then a right turn on Santolan. And all this happened in full view of several MMDA traffic enforcers.
How come guys like this get away with stupid stunts like this? Baka kamag-anak n'ya lahat ng enforcer d'yan? Or maybe he had his big, bad police ID hanging on his rearview mirror? Hay naku!

This intersection* is notorious for this. Too bad that guy crossed at the wrong time, blocking the plate number.
* Not really sure, but I think this is the Aurora-Santol intersection. Will verify and update this soon.

Saw this traffic enforcer waiting (actually, more of hiding) on Amorsolo underneath the Skyway off-ramp, waiting for cars to do an illegal left turn from Arnaiz Ave. (formerly Pasay Rd.). Anyway, he waved down this old Pajero, who I suppose tried to beat the red light and failed, and started to talk to the driver.
Once the driver lowered his window, he immediately flashed an ID, and the enforcer let him go. Palakasan talaga dito sa Pilipinas!
Another thing I don't understand is that why do these enforcers "hide" and catch these violators after the fact, instead of staying at the intersection, visible to everyone, and prevent these people from violating the law. Can someone please explain this to me?

Saw these two vehicles turn left from EDSA to Santolan at 6:47pm this evening.
Harap-harapan talaga ang pagka-garapal nito'ng mga ito. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get their plate numbers.

Despite the presence of a no left turn sign, these guys continue to ignore it, causing a bottleneck.
Why-oh-why can't people follow the signs? Government vehicle pa naman yung owner-type jeep (SCY 455) sa second picture.

Is the MMDA above the law? The driver of this Environmental Health Monitoring Operations vehicle with plate no. SEG 421 seems to think so. These pics were taken at the Gov. Forbes-Espana intersection at around 11:33am this morning.

The guy stops in the middle of the intersection to talk to the traffic enforcer, and makes an illegal left turn with the enforcer's help. Iba talaga pag taga-gobyerno dito.

Seems like I was wrong when I said that there was no left turn from Gov. Forbes to Fajardo in a previous post. Passed by there earlier today and confirmed that it is allowed. It just seems so weird that the vehicles seen in my previous post turned left when the light to cross the intersection going the other way turned green.

Not really sure if there is a left turn from Gov. Forbes to Fajardo St. as there are no left turn lights, but these guys suddenly turned left when the lights to cross the intersection turned green.
Seems like signage is really something that MMDA and the local governments can improve at. Otherwise, they should really start catching these bastards.

Huling-huli talaga 'tong taksi'ng 'to! This Matmat taxi, with plate number PVY 112, was caught making an illegal left turn from South Super Highway to San Andres this afternoon at around 5:09pm.
