This one was traveling around 45kph on C5.

Just look at these cars heading southbound on SLEX this morning.
They were running around 60-70kph, ignoring everyone who were passing them on the right.

They should really put on a major information campaign to rename it the "overtaking" lane. You never know, it may just be the trigger that changes everyone's perception.

Here's another picture of a slow motorcycle on the fast lane.
Maybe the driver's license test for riders should be a lot more rigorous than for cagers. Anyway, there's a lot more danger involved for the rider.

By the way, the bike had no rearview mirrors as well, making this practice a lot more dangerous.

Why do slow bikes stay on the fast lane when traveling on major roads? Here are a couple of examples:
The first one was taken at Filinvest, and the second one was northbound on SLEX around the Magallanes area.

First, they're slow. Slow vehicles should stay on the slow lanes. Second, they stay on the side of the lane, instead of the middle, which is the correct practice when traveling on major roads. This makes it worse because drivers behind them has a tendency to try and overtake them by squeezing between the bike and the car on the next lane. Pretty dangerous for everyone involved. Sana naman umayos ang pagmamaneho nitong mga 'to.

This guy was seen on Sucat Road, heading towards SLEX, going around 25kph on the fast lane.
Not only is this dangerous, but it's downright irritating.

Anyway, his rear license plate is also unreadable because of the rear bumper.

Here's another example of a typical Filipino's nasty driving habits, which highlights their being inconsiderate to other motorists on the road.
This car was driving on the inner lane ever since he entered C5 from the South Super Highway, despite the fact that there were very little cars on the middle and outer lanes. And he was driving a relatively slow 60kph, at least compared to the maximum speed limit of 80kph for C5.

The problem here, i think, is in the name. It really shouldn't be called the fast lane, because fast is pretty relative. What's fast for one person maybe a crawl to another, or something akin to the speed of light to someone else. It's just pretty irritating when one has to slow down or undertake (is this a proper term?) because the driver in front of you thinks he's Michael Schumacher when he's actually more like Driving Miss Daisy.

I think it should more appropriately be called as the overtaking lane. Although a change in name may not take effect immediately, we have to start somewhere. Hopefully, after a generation or so, motorists will take this to heart and show a little bit more consideration to his fellow motorists.
