These pics show a Honda CR-V and a passenger jeep running the red light on the Sucat Road-President's Ave. intersection this morning at 8:51am.
Unfortunately, the plate number of the CR-V wasn't too clear, but it looked like it ended with 445. The jeepney's plate number is PHS 128.
I guess patience is not a Filipino virtue.

You should see the tricycles along Maceda St., Sampaloc, Manila. Apparently they're exempt from the red light rule.
Hahaha! I've actually passed by there a few weeks back and witnessed it first hand. Iba talaga!
