Just look at the plate of this Chevy Optra, seen heading south at the South Super Highway last Friday, October 7, at 8:58am.
Seems like they forgot to add one more number. Is this a new kind of plate number? Or is it some kind of special order?

vanity plate... exempted from coding... they get to choose their own plates... any combination... 3 letters 3 numbers, 2 letter 1 number, 3 letters 2numbers, or any combination they want... why the privelege? they pay the govt deficit... because we ordinary citizens cant keep the govt running...
I don't think they're exempted from coding.
But I do agree that it's a good way to increase the government's revenue. Hinaharang lang nung mga rumaraket dahil mawawalan sila ng kita. Sayang talaga.
