This seems to be a trend these days. Just like this owner-type jeep, seen in Ayala Alabang this morning at around 9:48am.
The only reason we can read his plate number now (CEH 527) is because we were able to take a pic and enhance it via the computer.
Baka naman muriatic acid ang ginagamit n'ya pang linis ng plaka n'ya?
