The construction on Pasong Tamo seems like it has been around forever. Shouldn't they prioritize finishing these up? These greatly affect the traffic situation around this area. In particular, this hole near the Pasong Tamo-EDSA intersection is something that affects traffic greatly, as the jeepneys use this area of the road as their terminal.
Doesn't the MMDA or DPWH or whichever bureau monitor these things?
