Just look at these two billboards on SLEX.
Isn't there an agency that's supposed to oversee the construction of these things? These are pretty dangerous considering the number of typhoons that we get every year.

These billboard companies are abusing the law. All they think of are profit. They don't anymore think of the safety of the public. Another very good example is the billboard along south superhiway beside the runway. There is a zoning law wherein you cannot construct any building/house that is more than 2 story. Because it may post danger to airplanes taking off or landing. But the bilboards are more than 5 stories high. I guess it is the billboard companies and the city are at fault. Money talks a lot in this case. Tsk...tsk..tsk I hope the authorities will take a look at this.
