Every now and then, the PNCC (or whatever they're called now) allows the northbound vehicles to occupy the innermost lane of the southbound side of the South Super Highway (seen on this pic taken this morning).
Anyway, I understand where they're coming from. The problem is, this causes major congestion southbound, with traffic beginning to pile up from the C5 overpass (although, this time, it started when the yellow lane marker started). We have three lanes from the regular highway, joined by vehicles entering from the Bicutan toll plaza, converging into two lanes, which quickly becomes a single lane.

Maybe what they should do is to only allow the conterflow 'til around 7:30am or so, since the people travelling southbound are more likely to travel at a later time than those going into the metro.
