One of the most endearing skills of the Filipino driver is the singit. Don't you just love it when, after lining up for around 10-15 minutes on a particularly busy intersection, a car from the lane turning right suddenly swerves into your lane? Or when these cars block your lane just because they're trying to cut into another lane that goes somewhere else? Just like this Pajero cutting into the ground-level road leading towards the Meralco Avenue-Julia Vargas intersection earlier this evening.
This guy ended up blocking those cars going up the flyover, causing traffic all the way to St. Paul Road. I mean, how inconsiderate can you get?!?

This is one practice that traffic enforcers really need to get a handle on if they're really serious about improving traffic conditions.
